Tim brings deep expertise in project definition, team building, project management, and problem solving to each and every engagement. Prior to founding the company, Tim worked for a decade writing and managing documentation departments at several Boston-area companies, among them Number Nine Visual Technology, Genetics Institute, Course Technology, and Babson College. He has written award-winning documentation for industry giants, including Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Hewlett-Packard, Lotus/IBM, EMC, and Microsoft. |
